UK Delivery

Royal Mail FREE on orders over £40 Royal Mail 3 - 4 working days from despatch.
Royal Mail £3.99 orders under £40 Royal Mail 3 - 4 working days from despatch. will use all reasonable endeavours to despatch your order within 24 - 48 hours subject to stock availability. Orders received either on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be despatched within 24 to 48 hours from the next available working day subject to stock availability. Should there be a further delay we shall contact you to advise of a delivery date.

For all orders delivered to Mainland England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Lowlands the charges are as follows.

*Please note all parcels will be delivered via Royal Mail and shall in some cases require a signature on delivery. 

Delivery to BFPO (HM forces overseas), Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight are the same as that for the UK. However, the delivery times may take slightly longer.

Out of stock items

Should an item be out of stock at the time of ordering we shall where possible notify you via email or telephone. Unless we hear that you require your order to be refunded we shall despatch the  items when they return to stock usually within 48-72 hours. If you have placed an order and confirmed next day delivery at the checkout we shall refund your delivery payment with the difference between next day delivery and UK 1st class recorded.

If you wish to cancel the item but it has already been dispatched, you will have to return it following our usual returns procedure in order to receive a refund.

Missing item

Should an item be missing from your order please check  your despatch note to make sure it is not marked to follow. If the item is missing please notify us by completing the necessary details on the contact us page.

If you have in error received an incorrect item then please return it to us and we will send out the correct item immediately.

Cancellation and returns

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Dermalogica products returned for any reason. Beautifully Gorgeous happily accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from and will issue a full refund or credit note upon receiving your items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact us as soon as possible. Please include any additional information such as the purchase date, details of the skin response, when the skin response occurred, how long after initial use of product and the product batch numbers.

Products should be returned within 30 days from receipt (subject to proof of purchase and notification to of your intention to return the goods). 

In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) consumers may also return goods which do not conform to the contract..

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will (at your option) either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery (excluding general wear and tear to packaging within the postal network), refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

You must contact to obtain a returns number prior to returning any goods by email via the contact us page. No goods will be accepted without this. Please note we do not send out returns envelopes, jiffy bags or boxes.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss of damage or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. may cancel any order without further consultation with the customer upon full refund of monies paid, less any expenses incurred where the order has already been despatched.

You are responsible for goods until they are received by It is strongly recommended that you obtain a proof of posting receipt in case your returned products go missing and you need to claim the cost back from the Royal Mail.

You may be charged the full cost of posting the original order to you and any reasonable costs incurred if the order is returned and is not faulty.

Products  returned opened or used will not be refunded. A credit note to the value of the product will be issued. Items must be returned within 30 days to qualify for a refund or credit note. IS NOT responsible for paying shipment/postal costs for any returned items.
